1 cup dry-roasted cashews
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
16 Kashi* Original 7-Grain Snack Crackers
1. In a food processor, grind the cashews and olive oil until mixture becomes as smooth or as chunky as you prefer.
2. Spread some of the cashew butter on each cracker, top with another cracker and enjoy!
