Seasonal Berries with Organic Yogurt and Walnuts Recipe

1 cup organic low-fat plain yogurt
1 teaspoon local honey
4-5 walnuts, crushed
1 cup organic seasonal berries (use fresh local berries when possible, such as cherries, blueberries, raspberries and strawberries
